examples and exercises into 56 pages accompanied by 56 corresponding audio files.
The structure of the methodology into the book is divided into nine chapters concerning
Rhythmology and drumming skills. Its primary purpose is to build the basic foundations we need as
drummers to feel comfortable with the concept of rhythm and acquire the necessary tools to develop our
The first four chapters deep dive onto Rhythmology, and then four systems are provided
that are necessary to develop our drumming skills. In the end, there is a chapter that is necessary to
complete the first training level.
At the second level, we have the FLEXIBLE TIME DRUMOLOGY courses that are a series of
online private lessons accompanied by educational material (pdf, audio).
In the first chapter, we find the subdivisions needed to reach our goal.
In the second chapter, the rhythmic solfege and the combination of the rhythmic solfege
with corresponding subdivisions are analysed.
Then we approach the four systems available in the book, discovering the effect caused by
the action of the rhythmic solfege with its corresponding subdivisions, and concluding with a system where
we meet the action of groupings and subdivisions.
As a result, having completed the educational material of both levels, we reach to our final
goal and achieve our target, which is to have acquired all the necessary tools we need to enjoy through our
drums the three-dimensional world of rhythm created by the elasticity of time.
The drums is so much more than this.
